紫杉醇联合白令胶囊对Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者ER、MMP-9、肿瘤标志物及性激素影响研究

Paclitaxel Plus Bering Capsule on ER Ⅲ Stage Breast Cancer Patients,MMP- 9,Tumor Markers and Sex Hormones Impact Study

目的:分析并研究紫杉醇联合白令胶囊对Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者ER、MMP-9、肿瘤标志物及性激素的影响,从而为乳腺癌的临床诊断、治疗以及预后判断等方面提供新的参考与指导。方法:依据组织病理诊断结果共选取98例Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者并随机分为2组,对照组(n=49)给予常规化疗治疗措施+紫杉醇,研究组(n=49)给予常规化疗治疗措施+紫杉醇、白令胶囊联合治疗;比较两组患者性激素以及雌激素受体(ER)客观表达情况,两组患者肿瘤标志物(血清癌胚抗原CEA)升高程度,两组患者基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达情况的差异,从而综合判断紫杉醇联合白令胶囊对Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者性激素、ER、CEA、MMP-9等指标的影响。结果:研究组患者ER阳性率42.9%显著低于对照组的67.3%,闭经率36.7%显著低于对照组的71.4%;研究组患者治疗后血清癌胚抗原CEA平均含量显著降低,阳性率10.2%明显低于对照组32.7%;研究组患者癌组织中MMP-9阳性率为8.2%,显著低于对照组的53.1%,各项指标差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合白令胶囊治疗组能够明显的降低ER、CEA、MMP-9的表达,显著提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To analyze and study paclitaxel plus bering capsule on ERⅢ stage breast cancer patients,MMP-9,tumor markers,and the influence of sex hormone,thus for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer provide a new reference and guidance. Methods：98 cases are selected according to histopathological diagnosisⅢ period and breast cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group（n=49）to conventional chemotherapy treatment＋paclitaxel,group（n=49）to conventional chemotherapy treatment plus paclitaxel,bering capsule combined treatment;Compare two groups of patients with sex hormone and estrogen receptor（ER）expression in objective;Two groups of tumor markers in patients with elevated serum carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）levels. Two groups of patients with matrix metalloproteinases 9（MMP 9）expression in the difference,and overall judgment paclitaxel plus bering capsule onⅢ period breast cancer patients with sex hormone,ER,CEA,the influence of the indexes of MMP- 9. Results：ER group patients were 42.9% lower than in the control group 67.3%,amenorrhoea rates significantly lower than the control group of 36.7% and 71.4%;Group after treatment in patients with serum carcinoembryonic antigen CEA content decreased significantly,the average positive rate 10.2% significantly lower than the control group 32.7%;Group of patients with carcinoma of MMP- 9 positive rate was 8.2%,significantly lower than the control group 53.1%,each index difference there is statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Paclitaxel plus bering capsule treatment group can significantly lower the ER,the CEA,the expression of MMP-9,significantly improve the treatment efficiency,worth clinical promotion.
