金匮肾气丸治疗2型糖尿病临床随机对照试验疗效系统评价

Jinkui Shenqi Pill Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Clinical Efficacy of a Systematic Review of Randomized Controlled Trials

目的:评价金匮肾气丸治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,分析目前临床研究的现状。方法:通过计算机对CBM、CNKI、VIP、万方数据库、Pub Med和The Cochrane library等中英文数据库进行检索,选出符合纳入标准的临床试验。对文献质量进行评价,采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:10篇文献符合纳入标准,共1318例患者。Meta分析显示金匮肾气丸加减治疗糖尿病的总有效率优于其他降糖药物的总有效率(显效率+有效率)[OR=0.29,95%CI(0.15,0.53),P<0.0001],金匮肾气丸联合他药治疗糖尿病的总有效率优于其他降糖药物[OR=0.25,95%CI(0.15,0.39),P<0.00001]。结论:金匮肾气丸加减或金匮肾气丸联合他药治疗2型糖尿病的总有效率明显优于应用其他降糖药物。由于纳入文献数量不多,质量评价质量不高,仍需严格遵循科研设计的高质量临床随机对照试验来提供可靠的依据。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment Jinkui Shenqi Pill type 2 diabetes,and to analyze the current situation of clinical studies at present. Methods：Retrieve CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang Data,Pub Med and The Cochrane library,etc.,and select clinical trials conforming with the enrolled criteria. To evaluate the quality of the literature,use the Cochrane collaboration Rev Man 5.3 software for Meta-analysis. Results：Ten articles were included in the standard,a total of 1318 cases of patients. Meta-analysis showed that Jinkui Shenqi Pill to add and subtract treatment the total effective rate of diabetes is better than the other oral glucose-lowering drugs the total effective rate of（significant efficiency ＋ efficient） [OR=0.29,95%CI（0.15,0.53）,P0.0001],Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined other drugs treatment the total effective rate is better than the other oral glucose-lowering drugs[OR=0.25,95%CI（0.15,0.39）,P0.00001]. Conclusion：Jinkui Shenqi Pill to add and subtract or Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined other drugs treatment for type 2 diabetes of the total effective rate has an obvious advantage over other glucose-lowering drugs. Due to the small number into literature,the quality evaluation of the quality is not high,still need to strictly adhere to the scientific research design,high quality clinical randomized controlled trial to provide reliable basis.
