中西医结合分期分型治疗脑梗死临床体会

Staging and Typing of Clinical Experience of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究探讨中西医结合分期分型治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的脑梗死患者102例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组均为51例,对照组患者给予中西医结合治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予分期分型治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,分别观察两组患者治疗前后的中医病类诊断计分和神经功能缺损评分的改善情况。结果:观察组和对照组患者的临床治疗有效率分别为94.1%和80.4%,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的中医病类诊断计分和神经功能缺损评分两项指标在治疗前的比较均无统计学差异,治疗后均得到显著改善,且与治疗前的比较有显著差异,但观察组患者治疗后两项治疗的改善程度均显著优于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:采用中西医结合分期分型治疗脑梗死的临床效果显著,促进患者的恢复,既做到从整体入手根据不同时间段的情况给予相应治疗,又能针对其病因病机和不同分型给予个体化治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of combination of staging treatment of cerebral infarction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods：Select our hospital 102 cases of cerebral infarction patients as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group,the control group was treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the observation group was treated with staging and typing based on the treatment of control group,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,respectively. Observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM diagnostic scoring and into the function defect score improvement. Results：The observation group and the control group of patients with clinical treatment efficiency were 94.1% and 80.4%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnostic score and nerve function defect score of two indexes in the before treatment,there was no statistical difference,were improved markedly after treatment,and there was significant difference between before treatment,but the improvement in the observation group after treatment two treatment was significantly better than the control group,the difference significantly（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion：The combination of the phased clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction significantly with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and promote the recovery of patients,both from a holistic point of view according to the different period of time to give the corresponding treatment,but also for its pathogenesis and different types of individualized treatment,it is worthy of clinical application.
