参赭石培气汤治疗贲门失弛缓症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shenzheshi Peiqi Decoction in Treatment of Achalasia

目的:观察并研究参赭石培气汤治疗贲门失弛缓症的临床疗效。方法:选择沈阳市第二中医医院2013年1月—2014年3月收治的86例贲门失弛缓症患者作为治疗组,给予参赭石培气汤治疗;并选择同期的贲门失弛缓症患者82例作为对照组,给予硝苯地平治疗。观察治疗后两组患者梗阻、胸痛等临床症状改善情况。结果:经过2个疗程的治疗后,两组贲门失弛缓症患者的临床症状均得到明显改善,治疗组各项临床症状评分改善情况优于对照组,两组差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后两组患者食管梗阻症状均得到明显改善,治疗组患者梗阻改善情况优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参赭石培气汤对于贲门失弛缓症具有良好的临床疗效,且标本兼治,值得大力推广使用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenzheshi Peiqi Decoction in the treatment of achalasia of cardia. Methods：In 86 cases of gastric cardia in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 March were achalasia patients as treatment group given parameters selection method,Shenzheshi Peiqi Decoction;and select the same period in achalasia patients 82 cases as control group,treated with nifedipine treatment. The improvement of two groups of patients with obstruction,chest pain and other symptoms were observed after the treatment. Results：After two courses of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients with achalasia were significantly improved in treatment group,the clinical symptoms improved better than the control group,compared with statistical significance difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment of two groups of patients with esophageal obstruction symptoms were obviously improved,the treatment group patients improved better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shenzheshi Peiqi Decoction for achalasia of the cardia has good clinical curative effect,and the symptoms,it is worthy of promotion.
