优甲乐联合夏枯草颗粒对桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能影响研究

Effect of Thyroid Function by Euthyrox Combined Prunella Granules in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Patients

目的:探讨优甲乐联合夏枯草颗粒对桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能影响及临床意义。方法:选取我院内分泌科收治的桥本甲状腺炎患者80例,根据治疗方案不同分为常规组及试验组。比较各组患者治疗前后T3、T4、TSH、TG-Ab、TPO-Ab、临床体征及血脂水平变化情况,其数据结果应用统计学软件SPSS 17.0处理。结果:两组相比较,优甲乐联合夏枯草颗粒可明显改善机体甲状腺素功能,调节甲状腺抗体自身免疫活性,恢复肿大的甲状腺体积,改善浮肿、乏力、畏寒等症状,促进脂类代谢功能恢复,调节血脂,表现为:试验组甲状腺素T3、T4、TSH及甲状腺抗体TG-Ab、TPO-Ab水平恢复明显优于常规组(P<0.05),试验组甲状腺肿、神软乏力、畏寒肢冷、颜面肢体浮肿等体征及血脂代谢水平较常规组优异(P<0.05),其结果均有统计学意义。结论:优甲乐联合夏枯草颗粒通过甲状腺素替代治疗恢复甲状腺激素水平,改善促甲状腺激素及促甲状腺激素释放激素活性,恢复甲减状态,并降低甲状腺抗体自身免疫水平,通过夏枯草散结解郁、清热活血等功效恢复甲状腺肿、浮肿、畏寒肢冷等体征,改善机体脂类代谢功能恢复。优甲乐联合夏枯草颗粒药物敏感高、副作用小、临床疗效理想,可作为临床治疗的有效方案,并具有重要意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect of thyroid function by euthyrox combined Prunella granules in Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis patients. Methods：80 Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis patients from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group by different treatment.The T3,T4,TSH,TG-Ab,TPO-Ab,Clinical signs and serum lipid levels were compared before and after treatment. Results：The comparison of two groups was euthyrox combined Prunella vulgaris particles can be significantly improved the level of thyroid hormone,thyroid autoantibody activity regulation,restore swelling,edema,fatigue,chills and other symptoms,promote lipid metabolism function recovery and blood lipid regulation.Compared with the control group,the thyroid hormone T4,TSH,T3,and TG-Ab,TPO-Ab levels were better（P〈0.05）,the goiter,lassitude,aversion to cold limbs,facial swelling and other symptoms and blood lipid metabolism were better,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Euthyrox combined Prunella vulgaris particles by thyroxine alternative treatment restored the level of thyroid hormone,improve and promote thyroid hormone and thyrotropin releasing hormone activity,back to a state of hypothyroidism,and reduce thyroid autoantibody levels,by means of Prunella vulgaris dissipated binds and resolved depression,clearing heat and activating blood circulation,such as the effectiveness of goiter,edema,aversion to cold and other signs of recovery,improve lipid metabolism in the body function recovery. Euthyrox combined Prunella vulgaris particles drug sensitivity high,side effects,clinical curative effect is ideal,as effective clinical treatment scheme,and is of great significance.
