人工流产术后联合口服优思明治疗临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation in Post-induced Abortion Combined with Oral Yasmin

目的:观察人工流产术后患者口服复方短效口服避孕药优思明(屈螺酮炔雌醇片)的疗效。方法:选择人工流产术后女性900例,随机分为3组。实验组(复方短效口服避孕药优思明+益母草胶囊组)术后口服优思明,每日睡前1片,共服用21 d。停药第8天开始下一周期,连服3个周期。同时口服益母草胶囊7 d,用法同中药组。中药组(益母草胶囊组)术后口服益母草胶囊,6粒1 d 3次,共服用7 d。对照组无辅助用药。3组患者术后服同剂量同时间的抗生素7 d。观察3组术后阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、宫内残留、宫腔粘连及心理健康情况。结果:实验组术后阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间、术后宫腔粘连发生率、感染率,明显低于其它两组(P<0.05),而实验组心理恢复情况明显优于它组。结论:人工流产术后立即联合给予患者复方短效口服避孕药优思明可降低近期及远期并发症,促进患者提早康复,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the curative effects of the postoperative induced abortion patients with oral compound short-acting contraceptive Yasmin（Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets）. Methods：900 cases of postoperative women were randomly divided into three groups. The experimental group（compound short-acting oral contraceptive Yasmin ＋ Motherwort capsule group）：take Yasmin orally after operation,1 tablet per day,before sleep,a total of 21 days. After the drug withdrawl,at the eighth day,start the next cycle,three cycles in succession and also take Motherwort capsule at the first 7 days,which is the same usage with traditional Chinese medicine group. Traditional Chinese medicine group（motherwort capsule）：take Motherwort capsules,6 capsules three times a day,7 days total. The control group：without auxiliary drug use. Three groups of patients all take the same dose of antibiotics at the same time in the first 7 days. Then observe the vaginal bleeding time,the first menstruation time after operation,intrauterine residual,intrauterine adhesions and mental health. Results：The time of vaginal bleeding,the first menstruation time,incidence of postoperative uterine cavity adhesion and the situation of infection in experimental group are significantly lower than the other two groups（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group psychological recovery situation is superior to the others. Conclusion：The artificial abortion patients with postoperative oral Yasmin can reduce the near future and long-term complications and promote patients recovery situation earlier. Meanwhile the curative effect is distinct and worth of clinical popularization and application.
