稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心律失常伴抑郁患者临床研究

Clinical Study on Metacentric Particles Combined with Western Medicine to Arrhythmia with Coronary Heart Disease Depressed Patients

目的:观察稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心律失常伴抑郁患者的疗效。方法:选取冠心病心律失常伴抑郁状态的患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组采用美托洛尔加抗抑郁药物,治疗组用美托洛尔加稳心颗粒,疗程12周。观察治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:临床疗效:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为84.00%、72.00%,差异有统计学意义;抑郁症状改善疗效:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为72.00%、50.00%,差异有统计学意义;HAMD量表评分各时间点的比较:两组治疗4周、8周、12周后比治疗前记分均有所下降,具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组症状记分下降更明显(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:稳心颗粒能够改善冠心病心律失常伴抑郁症状态患者的临床疗效,缓解抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量,与西药配合增效减毒。

Objective：To observe metacentric particles combined with Western treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia accompanied with depressed patients. Methods：Associated with depression in coronary heart arrhythmia 100 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,50 cases each. Metoprolol and antidepressants in the control group and metoprolol and Metacentric particles in the treatment group for 12 weeks. Clinical observation before and after treatment. Results：Clinical efficacy：the total efficiency of treatment group and control group were 84.00% and 72.00%,the difference was statistically significant;depressive symptoms effect：the total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 72.00% and 50.00%,the difference was statistically significance;HAMD scale scores at each time point：score has declined at 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after treatment than before,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;symptom scores of treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups do not have severe adverse reactions. Conclusion：Metacentric particles can improve the clinical efficacy of the patient＇s state of depression,relieve depression and improve the quality of life. Metacentric particles and western medicine can reduce toxicity.
