Objective:To investigate the effect of local penetration needing for wrist hand dysfunction in ischemic stroke rescovery. Method:Using the randomized controlled method,eighty-five ischemic stroke rescovery patient divided into a treatment groups(42 cases)and control groups(43 cases). Two groups of patients were given based treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy. On this basis, the treatment group give to local penetration needing,in the control group, ordinary acupuncture of affected side hand wrist joints.A total of 4 weeks after treatment in both groups, the wrist joint movement function, hand index of nerve function defect, wrist hand balance were assessed in the two groups before and after treatment, and the efficacy was compared between the weo groups. Results:Wrist joint movement function, hand index of nerve function defect, wrist hand balance were all improved after treatment in-either the treatment and control group, indicating the significant difference(P〈0.05).The wrist joint movement function, hand index of nerve function defect, wrist hand balance og the treatment group is better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The local penetration needing for wrist hand dysfunction is better than ordinary acupuncture to substantial improvement the wrist hand dysfunction in ischemic stroke rescovery, and make hand wrist function to achieve coordination and balance,to improve the patients life quality and prevent disuse atrophy is of great significance.
