穴位按压配合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effects of Acupressure with Cervical Traction in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:研究颈安穴按压对神经根型颈椎病引起疼痛的治疗效果。方法:采用颈安穴位按压配合颈椎牵引治疗80例诊断为神经根型颈椎病的患者。采用日本骨科学会(JOA)颈椎病疗效评定标准(17分法)评定。对治疗前、治疗后2周、3个月随访JOA评分比较,进行随机区组设计方差分析,对患者的症状、体征及括约肌功能进行评分。结果:80例诊断为神经根型颈椎病的患者经治疗后,优42例,良28例,可8例,差2例,优良率达88%。治疗后JOA评分较治疗前评分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:按压颈安穴能有效缓解神经根型颈椎病引起的疼痛症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupressure with cervical traction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods：The 80 patients diagnosised cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were treated by acupressure and cervical traction. The pain was scored at pretreatment,2 weeks and 3 months posttreatment in all the patients. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA）scores of the patients were compared between pretreatment and 2 weeks post_treatment. Using randomized block experiment design and variance analysis,Signs,symptoms and sphincter were scored. Results：After treatment,80 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were identified,42 cases fineness;28 cases good;8 cases;2 cases bad,the cognitive fineness was 88%.The posttreatment JOA score was significantly increased pretreatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupressure of Jingan point with cervical traction has good effects on quickly relieving pain of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
