中西医结合针灸并用治疗周围性面神经麻痹

Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Around Sexual Facial Nerve Paralysis

目的:研究在治疗周围性面神经麻痹时采用中西医结合针灸并用疗法的效果。方法:从2013年3月—2015年3月来我院治疗周围性面神经麻痹的患者中选出82例,将其分为两组。对其中一组患者采用单纯针灸疗法,作为对比组;对另外一组则采用中医辨证治疗、西医抗病毒、抗炎症治疗联合针灸疗法,作为研究组。分别记录两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组患者中疗效显著者共36例、治疗有效患者共5例,治疗总有效率为100%。对比组患者中疗效显著者为26例、治疗有效患者共9例、治疗无效患者共6例,治疗总有效率为85.37%(35/41)。研究组疗效明显优于对比组,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用中医辨证疗法、西医抗病毒和抗炎症治疗,加上中医针灸疗法可以有效提升周围性面部神经麻痹患者的疗效,并且显效速度较快。

Objective：To study the sex around in the treatment of facial nerve paralysis when using traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with acupuncture and the effect of the therapy. Methods：From March 2013 to March 2013 to our hospital in treatment of surrounding choose 82 cases of patients with facial nerve paralysis,it can be divided into two groups. For one group of patients using pure acupuncture,as the control group;to another group used traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of antiviral,anti-inflammatory therapy combined acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,as a team. Record the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. Results：The effect of remarkableness,a total of 36 patients with the team,a total of 5 patients with effective treatment,the total effective rate was 100%. Curative effect remarkableness for 26 patients in control group patients,a total of 9 patients with effective treatment,a total of 6 patients with treatment is invalid,treatment the total effective rate was 85.37%（35/41）. The team curative effect was better than control group,two groups of data with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,antiviral and anti-inflammatory treatment,Western medicine combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve around the curative effect of patients with facial nerve paralysis,and takes effect faster.
