乳腺癌围术期中医情志护理干预对患者及家属生活质量影响分析

Analysis the Effects of the Quality of Life by Perioperative TCM Emotional Nursing Intervention on Breast Cancer Patients and Their Families.

目的:研究乳腺癌围术期中医情志护理干预对患者及家属生活质量的提高作用。方法:将来本院进行乳腺癌手术的86例患者随机分成观察组与对照组,各43例,其家属也被同时分成观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规围术期护理措施,观察组给予围术期中医情志护理干预。比较护理前后两组之间患者以及患者家属生活质量的改变情况。结果:两组患者手术前与术后1年的生活质量评分比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的生活质量提高效果优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者家属在患者手术前与术后1年,生活质量评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者家属的生活质量提高效果优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期中医情志护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者及家属的生活质量有更好的提高效果,值得临床护理的开展。

Objective：To study the effect of the quality of life by perioperative TCM emotional nursing intervention on breast cancer patients and their families. Methods：Sclected 86 cases accepted breast cancer operation in our hospital and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing measures,the observation group was given TCM emotional nursing intervention. Compared quality of life of the two groups and family members before and after nursing. Results：The quality of life of patients and their family members have statistical significance before operation and after 1 year（P〈0.05）,and improvement of the quality of life of the observation group is better than the control group,which were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Perioperative TCM emotional nursing intervention to breast cancer patients and their families has better quality of life and improve the effect of operation.
