摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定维生素B_1片的含量。方法采用Sunfire TM C_(18)色谱柱(5.0μm,4.6mm×150mm),柱温:25.0℃,流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.02mol·L^(-1)庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含1%三乙胺,用磷酸调节p H至5.5)(9∶9∶82),流速:1m L·min^(-1),检测波长:233nm。结果维生素B1在19.49μg·m L^(-1)~194.9μg·m L^(-1)的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),测得平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.25%(n=9)。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简便,可有效控制维生素B_1片的质量。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Vitamin B1 Tablets. METHODS SunfireTM ClS column (5.0μm, 4.6mm × 150mm) was used, the column temperature was 25.0℃, the mobile phase was Methanol and acetonitrile-0. 02mol · L^-1 heptane sodium sulfonate solution (containing 1% triethylamine, with phosphoric acid adjusted to pH 5.5) (9:9:82), The UV detection wavelength was 233nm. RESULTS The linear range wasl 9.49 μg · mL^- 1 - 194.9 μg · mL^- 1( r = 0. 9999, n = 6 ), the average recoveries was 100. 1% with RSD was 0. 25 % ( n = 9 ). CONCLUSION This method is stable, reliable and reproduci- ble. It can be used for the quality control of Vitamin B1 tablets.
