Meta Analysis of Itraconazole and Amphotericin B in the Treatment of Fungal Infections

目的通过Meta分析探讨伊曲康唑和两性霉素B在治疗真菌感染方面的疗效和安全性。方法检索万方数字化期刊、维普中文科技期刊数据库有关两药治疗真菌感染的临床随机对照研究,筛选、评价文献提取有效数据进行Meta分析。结果显效率、低血钾和发热指标有统计学意义,痊愈率无统计学意义。结论伊曲康唑在治疗真菌感染方面疗效和安全性优于两性霉素B。

OBJECTIVE Study the efficacy and safety of itraconazole and amphotericin B in the treatment of fungal infections through Meta analysis. METHODS Retrieve randomized controlled trials of of itraconazole and amphotericin B in the treatment of integrated service platform, and fungal infections from Wanfang screen, evaluate the literature, then Data knowledge service platform, and VIP journals extracte data used to Meta analysis. RESULTS Marked improvement rate, hypokalemic and fever was statistically significant, the cure rate was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION the efficacy and safety of itraconazole was better than amphotericin B in the treatment of fungal infections.
