阿考替胺是一种新型M_1、M_2受体拮抗剂,本文对阿考替胺的合成路线进行了总结,利用片段构建法对阿考替胺的合成路线进行了综述和评价。

Acotiamide is a new type of M1, M2 receptor antagonists. In this article, we conclude its synthetic route ,fragment combination method was used to review and evaluate its synthetic process.
