新兵适应障碍的静息态脑功能局部一致性研究 被引量:1

An investigation on the regional homogeneity in resting-state f MRI in the patients with recruits adjustment disorder

摘要 目的利用静息态BOLD-f MRI局部一致性分析方法(Re Ho)探讨适应障碍新兵静息状态下脑功能活动是否存在异常。方法对经过SCL-90量表测量、他人评价以及临床检诊结合的方法筛选的16例适应障碍新兵及年龄等相匹配16例正常对照者行静息态BOLD-f MRI检查。在REST软件平台上采用局部一致性方法,分析比较适应障碍组和正常对照组脑Re Ho图的差异。结果与正常对照组相比,适应障碍新兵组Re Ho值显著升高的脑区主要是后扣带回、楔前叶、左右枕叶;Re Ho值减低的脑区主要包括小脑后叶、左侧尾状核、左/右侧颞叶、左/右侧额中回、左侧丘脑、右侧顶叶等(P<0.05)。结论适应障碍新兵在静息状态下多个脑区局部一致性存在异常,这有助于理解新兵适应障碍的发病机制。 Objective To investigate the changes of the baseline brain activity in recruits with adjustment disorder based on the regional homogeneity in resting-state BOLD-fMRI. Methods Sixteen recruits with adjustment disorder, determined according to a combination of SCL-90, evaluation of others, and clinical diagnosis, and sixteen matched healthy controls, were recruited for the study. The RS-fMRI data were obtained. Regional homogeneity analysis was performed using REST software The anatomical locations of the Re Ho differences between the two groups were compared. Results Compared to controls, recruits with adjustment disorder demonstrated increased Re Ho in the Posterior cingulate cortex, Precuneus, Occipital lobe, while diminished Re Ho in the cerebellum posterior, left caudate nucleus, bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral middle frontal gyrus, left thalamus, right parietal lobe(P 0.05). Conclusion Abnormality were found in the Re Ho in resting state BOLD-fMRI of recruits with adjustment disorder. This finding would be helpful for us to understand the mechanism of recruits adjustment disorder.
