摘要
为了对自卸汽车举升液压缸焊接部位进行强度分析,利用有限元软件Hyper Mesh建立了液压缸有限元模型,对液压缸有限元模型的焊接部位分别采用1D梁单元和3D实体单元进行模拟焊接,并分析了在液压力作用下液压缸焊接部位的应力分布情况。结果表明,采用3D实体单元进行模拟焊接,可使模拟焊接的结果更符合工程实际。
In order to analyze the strength of lifting welded cylinder part, it establishes the finite element model of hydraulic cylinder based on finite element software HyperMesh, simulates the welding parts of the hydraulic cyl- inder with 1 D beam elements and 3 D solid elements, obtains the stress distribution under fluid pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. The results show that the method of 3D solid elements is more practical.
