系统研究了基于液压原理图的故障诊断方法,总结了可操作的读图方法和步骤,通过简化液压原理图对系统原理进行分析,针对压力异常、速度异常与动作异常3类故障给出了基于液压原理图进行故障定位和诊断的方法。该方法是部队实践中可操作的排故方法,对提高部队排故能力,保持装备良好的技术状态和战备完好性具有重要意义。

It introduces the fault diagnosis method based on hydraulic principle drawing, summarizes the operable drawing reading steps, analyzes the system principle from predigested hydraulic principle drawing. It presents three type faults such as pressure abnormity, speed abnormity, and action abnormity, puts forward fault diagnosis method based on hydraulic principle drawing. This method is operable in practice, important to ensure the relia- bility of equipment.
