摘要
目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体2(angiotensin Ⅱ type2receptor,AngII2R)在腋(臭)区顶泌汗腺中的表达及与载脂蛋白D(apolipoprotein D,ApoD)相关性研究。方法采用实时定量PCR检测AngⅡ2R在腋臭患者和正常受试者顶泌汗腺中的表达水平,随后进一步检测AngⅡ2R和ApoD在不同程度腋臭患者顶泌汗腺中的表达水平,并且对腋臭患者中AngⅡ2R和ApoD的mRNA水平进行相关性分析。结果实验发现AngⅡ2R在腋臭患者的大汗腺的表达与正常人有明显的差异,腋臭患者中AngⅡ2R表达几乎是正常人的7.8倍;而随着患者异味程度的增加,患者顶泌汗腺中AngⅡ2R和ApoD的mRNA含量也随之增加,重度腋臭患者中AngⅡ2R的平均表达水平是轻度患者的2.36倍左右,而ApoD的平均表达水平是轻度患者的2.89倍左右;进一步分析腋区顶泌汗腺组织中AngⅡ2R的mRNA水平与ApoD的表达水平的相关性.发现两者具有正相关性。结论AngⅡ2R在腋(臭)区顶泌汗腺细胞中表达水平的增加可能与腋臭的发病有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ type 2 receptor ( Ang Ⅱ2R) in apocrine glands of human axillae and its correlation with apolipoprotein D (ApoD)Ⅱ Methods Quantitative real-Time PCR was performed to detect the expression of Ang Ⅱ2R in apo- crine glands from normal subjects (non-osmidrosis patients) and osmidrosis patients. The expression levels of Ang Ⅱ 2R and ApoD were detected in apocrine glands from patients with osmidrosis of dif- ferent severities. The correlation analysis was conducted between the mRNA levels of Ang Ⅱ 2R and ApoD. Results The expression of AngⅡ 2R was 7.8-fold higher in the apocrine glands from os- midrosis patients than that from normal subjects. In addition, the expression levels of Ang Ⅱ 2R and ApoD in the serious osmidrosis patients were 2. 36-fold higher than those in mild osmidrosis pa- tients. The expression level of AngⅡ 2R was positively related to that of ApoD in apoerine glands from human axillae of osmidrosis patients. Conclusion Osmidrosis may be related to the high ex- pression of Ang Ⅱ2R and ApoD in apocrine glands of human axillae.
