摘要
色氨酸是家禽必需氨基酸之一,是玉米-豆粕型配合饲料的第三限制性氨基酸。文章就日粮中色氨酸的营养代谢作用及其在家禽生产中的应用作以综述。
Tryptophan is one of the poultry essential amino acids, which is the third restrictive amino acids of the corn-soybean meal feed. In this paper, the nutrition metabolism of tryptophan in the diet and the effect of its application in poultry production were reviewed.
