体育用品品牌竞争力提升需要知识产权制度的驱动。体育用品品牌竞争集中体现为以商标和专利核心技术为主要内容的知识产权的竞争。体育用品企业必须要借助于知识产权战略实现品牌竞争力的提升。通过商标战略,为体育用品品牌竞争力提升提供法律保障;通过专利战略,为体育用品品牌竞争力提升提供核心支持;通过品牌注册,利用市场力量实现品牌竞争力的良性提升。体育用品企业应该针对不同类型、不同阶段的知识产权风险制定切实有效的应对策略。
The brand competition of sports goods brand is mainly reflected in the competition of intellectual property rights and its content mainly based on trademark and patent core technology. The promotion of the brand competitiveness of sports goods requires the drive of the intellectual property system. Sports goods enterprises must build the intellectual property strategy to realize the brand competitiveness. Through the trademark strategy, to en- hance the competitiveness of sports brand; through the patent strategy, to enhance the competitiveness of sports; through the brand registration, the use of market forces to achieve a healthy brand competitiveness. Sporting goods enterprises should have a practical and effective coping strategy for different types and different stages of intellectual property risk.
