摘要
低压交流接触器的零电流分断控制技术对于接触器本身及主回路各项性能指标具有非常重要的意义。针对传统电磁系统固有特性的限制导致零电流分断控制方案的不足,提出采用涡流斥力机构的交流接触器进行零电流分断控制并加以技术实现。试验表明,涡流斥力机构驱动时间极短、动作速度快且一致性强,验证了涡流斥力机构的低压交流接触器零电流分断控制技术的有效性。
Zero-current breaking technology of low voltage AC contactor has very important significance for the contactor itseff and various performance indicators of the main circuit. Considering the limitations of zero-current breaking control scheme caused by the traditional electromagnetic institutions, an AC eontactor using the eddy current repulsion mechanism was proposed for zero-current breaking control. The test shows that the eddy current repulsion mechanism is chiefly characterized by its very short driving time ,fast-action and strong consistency. And the results show that the zero-current breaking control technology using low voltage AC contactor of eddy current repulsion mechanism is effective.
