MRFs家族基因在鲤鱼红肌和白肌中的表达差异 被引量:1

摘要 为探索生肌调节因子(myogenic regulator factors,MRFs)家族基因在鲤鱼肌纤维形成中的基本作用,利用荧光定量PCR技术分别检测MRFs家族各成员在鲤鱼红肌、白肌中的表达差异,并与红肌纤维的标志基因My HCⅠ及白肌纤维的标志基因My HCⅡ的表达水平进行关联分析。结果表明,Myo D基因在鲤红肌中的表达极显著高于在白肌中的表达,并与My HCⅠ基因的表达呈显著正相关,Myf6在鲤鱼白肌中的表达极显著高于其在红肌中的表达水平,并与My HCⅡ基因的表达呈显著正相关,Myf5、Myo G在鲤鱼红肌、白肌中的表达水平差异不显著。
