基于奇异性理论的金属单搭粘接接头强度分析

摘要 为研究不同金属材料对单搭粘接接头强度的影响,基于奇异性理论,获得了铝合金-铝合金单搭粘接(AA)接头、钛合金-钛合金单搭粘接(TT)接头、铜合金-铜合金单搭粘接(HH)接头和钢-钢单搭粘接(SS)接头奇异点处奇异性指数的解析解,通过应力奇异性有限元模型,获得了单搭粘接接头奇异点处奇异性指数的数值解和应力强度因子。结果表明:奇异点处的奇异性指数和应力强度因子随着金属材料弹性模量的增大而减小,单搭粘接接头强度随着金属材料弹性模量的增大而增大。 In order to study the influence of different metal materials on the strength of adhesively-bonded single lap joints( SLJ),The adhesive bonding of SLJs whose adherends were aluminum alloy,titanium alloy,copper alloy and cold rolled steel were separately tested under tension-shear loading in ANSYS software based on singularity theory. The results show that the singularity order and stress intensity factor of adhesive joints decreased with the elasticity modulus increasing,the strength of adhesive joints increased with the elasticity modulus increasing.
