摘要
一般说来球罐基础的沉降量很难保证完全相同,尤其是已承载多年的基础,总存在一定的沉降差。基础不均匀沉降时,将会引起支柱承载的不均匀,造成球罐破坏。采用有限元计算方法,对一出现基础不均匀沉降的在役液化石油气球罐建立弹性模型进行了应力计算。根据计算结果在水压工况时支柱应力超过材料屈服强度。进一步建立该球罐的弹塑性模型,分析材料非线性对支柱应力的影响。并结合试验测试,对球罐是否可以继续使用进行了评定。根据分析结果建议对该球罐在加强检验的条件下降低负荷使用。
Generally the settlement of spherical tank's foundation is difficult to ensure complete uniformity. Especially the foundation has been used for years. There is always a certain differential settlement. Pillar stress of the tank will be uneven under differential settlement. The stress of a LPG spherical tank on use with multiple differential settlements is analyzed by elasticity model of finite element method. According to the analysis results under hydraulic testing pillar stress exceeds the yield strength of the material. Then elastoplastic model is established to analyze the impact of material nonlinearity of pillar. Through finite element analysis and experimental testing,whether the tank can be used is evaluated. Based on the analysis results the tank is recommended to use under low load and strong inspection.
