摘要 压力容器用铬钼钢被广泛地应用于炼油与石油化工、电站及锅炉等行业,由于其在高温、高压等恶劣环境下服役,要求具有较高的冲击吸收能量。从带状组织、残铸非正常组织、淬火/正火温度、淬火/正火保温时间、冷却速度、回火温度及保温时间、模拟焊后热处理温度及保温时间等方面,阐述了常见的造成压力容器用铬钼钢冲击脆断的原因,以期为生产实际提供借鉴。 Chrome-molybdenum steel of pressure vessels were widely applied to the petroleum processing and petrochemical technology, power station and boiler, etc. Because of it was serviced under the bad en- vironment, such as high temperature, high pressure, higher impact absorbing energy was required. The banded structure, the abnormal structure, quenching temperature and normalizing temperature, quenching and normalizing holding time, cooling rate, tempering temperature and holding time, the temperature and holding time of simulated heat treatment after welding, ete were analyzed. It expounds the common pres- sure vessel with chrome molybdenum steel impact the reason of the brittle fracture. In order to provide ref- erence for practical production.
