摘要
目的:研制一种符合人体四肢远、近端周径粗细差异的解剖特点,能更准确测量踝肱血压的扇形双袖带。方法:将常规的普通长方形血压袖带改良为弧度不同的扇形双袖带,肱部袖带的气袋为浅扇形,弧度为39-48°,外围半径为60-74 cm;踝部袖带的气袋为深扇形,弧度为58-68°,外围半径为42-49.5 cm。使用该袖带测量踝肱部血压,并与普通袖带进行测量对比。结果:经临床测试,扇形双袖带在踝肱血压测量中,其袖带开裂率、测量速度、重复测量差值3项指标均优于普通袖带。结论:扇形双袖带能够更加快捷、准确地测量踝肱血压,更加符合人体生理解剖特点,对预测评估动脉硬化性疾病具有重要意义。
Objective To design a sector-shaped double cuff for ankle-brachial blood pressure measuring with considerations on the anatomical characteristics of human upper and lower limbs. Methods The conventional rectangular blood pressure cuff was modified into a sector-shaped double cuff with different radians. The airbag of the brachial cuff had the radian from 39 to 48° and the outside radius from 60 to 74 cm, and the one of the ankle cuff had the radian from 58 to68°and the outside radius from 42 to 49.5 cm. The measuring results by the developed cuff were compared with those by the conventional cuff. Results Clinical trials proved the cuff developed behaved better than the conventional one in the rate of crazing, measuring speed and the repeated measurement difference. Conclusion The double cuff can measure ankle-brachial blood pressure accurately, and is of great significance for predicting and evaluating arteriosclerotic disease.
