摘要 目的:观察不同材料手术器械对不同试验介质的耐锈蚀性效果,以便合理购置和使用手术器械。方法:采用放大镜目测生理盐水、无菌注射用水及常用自来水浸泡后的无镀层手术器械、镀铬手术器械锈蚀反应。结果:生理盐水浸泡后的60把无镀层器械24 h 8把发生锈蚀,发生率13.33%;60把镀铬器械24 h 19把发生锈蚀,发生率31.67%。无菌注射用水浸泡后的无镀层器械24 h 2把发生锈蚀,发生率3.33%;60把镀铬器械24 h 9把发生锈蚀,发生率15%。常用自来水浸泡后的60把无镀层器械24 h 3把发生锈蚀,发生率5%;60把镀铬器械24 h 11把发生锈蚀,发生率18.33%。结论:同等条件下,无菌注射用水可替代生理盐水擦拭术中器械处理保湿,常用自来水可用于手术器械明显血污的彻底冲洗预处理,减少器械锈蚀发生;无镀层手术器械防锈性、安全性、耐用性更佳,值得各医院推广应用。 Objective To observe the anti-corrosion effects of surgical instruments made of different materials against types of test media to facilitate the instruments' purchase and application. Methods A magnifier was used to observe the corrosion of surgical instruments with nickel-cadmium coating or without any coating, and the test media included normal saline, aseptic injection water and tap water. Results When using normal saline, there were 8 pieces from 60 ones of surgical instruments without coating had corrosion occurred, with the incidence rate of 13.33%; there were 19 pieces from 60 ones of surgical instruments with nickel-cadmium coating had corrosion occurred, with the incidence rate of 31.67%.When using aseptic injection water, there were 2 pieces from 60 ones of surgical instruments without coating had corrosion occurred, with the incidence rate of 3.33%; there were 9 pieces from 60 ones of surgical instruments with nickel-cadmium coating had corrosion occurred, with the incidence rate of 15%. When using tap water, there were 3 pieces from60 ones of surgical instruments without coating had corrosion occurred, with the incidence rate of 5%; there were 11 pieces from 60 ones of surgical instruments with nickel-cadmium coating had corrosion occurred, with the incidence rate of 18.33%. Conclusion With other conditions kept the same, aseptic injection water can replace normal saline to wipe the surgical instruments, and tap water can be used to clean the marked bloodiness. The surgical instruments with no coating behave well in corrosion-resistance, safety and durability, and thus is worthy popularizing in the hospital.
