摘要
长三角经济区快速发展,极化和辐射半径增大,沿长江流域经济带和新亚欧大陆桥经济带向长三角经济腹地的中、西部极化和幅射效应增强,使长三角及其经济腹地的泛经济区内在联系与日俱增,具有城镇化主体形态空间格局优化的趋势。为顺应这一内在机制决定的趋势要求进行区域治理具有重要意义;应从行政发展视角出发,构建多边性、多层次的区域治理机制:地方政府协调机制和行政区域经济协调发展机制。
The great development of Yangtze River Delta economic region, the increase of polarization effects and its influence radius, and the growth of radiation effects of Yangtze River Delta and New Eurasian Continental Bridge to middle and west area, make the relationship between Yangtze River Delta and its hinterland become closer and further boost city spatial pattern optimization. To follow this trend, we need to construct multilateral and multi- pie - levels regional governing mechanism, that is, the coordinated mechanism of local governments and the development mechanism of administrative region.
