摘要
为进一步优化福建黄桃品种内部结构,向江苏省园艺研究所引进美国金童6号黄桃品种在建宁试种。结果表明:该品种成熟于7月中旬;果形大,着色艳丽;果肉黄色、不溶质,风味甜酸适口,香气浓,可溶性固形物含量13.0%,鲜食、罐藏品质均上等。适当稀植、合理混栽、大冠整形、控梢稳果、科学施肥有利丰产稳产与改善果实鲜食品质。
In our study, an American yellow peach cv. ‘ Jintong No.6' was introduced from Horticultural Research Institute in Jiangsu province in order to further optimize variety structure of yellow peach in Fujian province. The results showed that ‘Jintong No.6' ripened in the middle ten-days of July. And ‘Jintong No.6' showed big fruit size, good coloring, yellor flesh, non-melting, sour and sweet flavor agreeable to the taste, rich fragrance, 13.0% of soluble solid content and first class quality for fresh flesh and canning. Some measures could be helpful to high and stable yield and improvement of fresh flesh quality including suitable thin planting, rationalcompanion planting, prunning for large crown,treetop controlling for certain fruit number and scientific fertilization.
