摘要
为了实现灰树花工厂化周年栽培,本文在对灰树花工厂化栽培技术研究的基础上,初步总结出适合于工厂化栽培的环境条件、菌株及培养基配方和栽培技术。其中环境条件的关键处主要体现在出菇阶段:二氧化碳浓度控制在1 000 mg·L^(-1)以下,原基扭结要求光照50 lx,叶片伸展期以200~500 lx为宜;"庆灰151"菌株可用来工厂化栽培;在装料量一定的情况下可选择较大口径塑料袋;可采用侧面割口出菇模式;菌丝培养的后熟期以20d为宜,环境温度不超过26%,以免出现黄水问题;子实体发育调控关键因素是二氧化碳和光照;整个栽培周期为80 d左右。
Our paper is aimed at realizing industrialized year round cultivation techniques of Grifola Frondosa.Suitable environmental conditions,bacterial strains,media components and cultivation techniques for industrialized cultivation were summarized based on existingresearches.The key point of environmental conditions existed during fruiting phrase.Theconcentrations of carbon dioxide was controlled under 1 000 mg L^-1.Primordial twist needed 50 lx illumination intensity while 200-500 lx illumination intensity was suitable atblade extension period.Bacterial strain cv.Qinghui151 could be used in industrialized cultivation.When loading volume was fixed,large diameter plastic bag should be used.Fruiting mode of cut in side could be appropriate.Afterripening period of mycelium culturewas 20 d and environmental temperature was under 26℃ so as not to produce yellow water.The key factors of sporocarp development regulation were carbon dioxide and light.The whole period of industrialized cultivation was about 80 d.
