2014年中美经贸关系继续发展,战略与经济对话机制不断拓展与深化,但摩擦也不断。美国的外交理念强调的是美国价值观的全球普及,对于不同价值观和政体的国家采用区别对待的外交政策,而在现实中追求本国利益的务实态度与这一"崇高"理念经常发生冲突,为此美国往往采取选择性的外交政策,反映在经贸政策上就是"理念与现实"之间的摇摆,具有不确定性。因此未来中美经贸关系仍将继续在"摩擦与合作"的交替中推进。

Sino-US economic and trade relations continue to develop in 2014, the mechanism of Sino-US strategic and economic dialogue is also expanding and deepening, but the bilateral friction still persists. This pa- per argues that the diplomatic philosophy of the United Sates emphasizes the global popularity of its value. The United States adopts different treatment of foreign policy for different values and different countries, but that often conflicts, in the reality, between this ＂noble＂ idea and the pragmatic attitude of the pursuit of national in- terests. To this end, selective foreign policy is often adopted. That reflected in the economic and trade policy is the swing of ＂the idea and the reality＂, with uncertainty. Therefore, Sino-US economic and trade relations will continue to advance in the friction and cooperation in the future.
