区域经济一体化的演化脉络及对CAFTA的启示

Macro-Evolution Path of Typical RIAs and Implications for CAFTA

考察欧盟、北美自由贸易区、东盟自由贸易区等典型区域经济一体化组织的历史沿革与运行机制,结果表明,非传统收益是多数区域一体化协定考虑的重要因素,中国-东盟自由贸易区要重视非传统收益及其对区域经济一体化的促进作用,构建持续发展的制度保障体系,探索出与区域经济发展水平、社会制度。

This paper clarifies the traditional and non-traditional benefits of RTAs, analyzes the historical e- volution modes and operation mechanism of typical FTAs, including European Union, NAFTA and AFTA, and gets some implications for CAFTA. The results show that non-traditional benefits are important factors in most FTAs. CAFTA should pay more attention to non-traditional benefits and their contribution to regional economic integration, build the institutional system to support its sustainable development, and explore a new mode that is suitable to regional economic development, social system, and cultural background.
