纺织鞋服产业是泉州支柱性产业,在"工业4.0"及大数据技术的发展背景下,纺织鞋服企业进行产业链整合和商业模式创新具有重要的意义。泉州纺织鞋服产业较早就开始了产业链整合,而且在"品牌+渠道"、"线上+线下"、"轻资产"和"产金融合"等商业模式创新上作了许多尝试,但仍存在以跟随性模仿为主、线上与线下矛盾渐突出、全产业链系统跨界不足、高层次人才支撑薄弱等问题。围绕泉州纺织鞋服产业商业模式创新,从产业链整合视角看,要着力向微笑曲线两端升级、积极开展供应链协同管理创新、推进全产业链系统跨界合作,从政府助推视角看,要加大商业模式创新政策的执行力、努力打造一批商业模式创新平台、加速创新创业人才向企业集聚、整合资本力量助推商业模式创新。
