摘要 本研究通过对浙江省24家知名国际旅游企业的调研,发现浙江省小语种旅游服务人才的配备情况并不乐观。浙江省旅游市场的小语种旅游人才需求总量偏小、季节性强、复合性要求高、语种集中度强等特征影响了小语种旅游人才的配备情况,人才成本高、资源少且流动性强也是配备情况不佳的重要原因。市场是决定小语种旅游人才需求的关键因素。 With the questionnaires collected from24 famous international tourism enterprises in Zhejiang Province,this paper finds that the overall number of Non-Universal-Language Speaking talents in tourism industry isn't encouraging.In the Non-Universal-Language tourism market of Zhejiang Province,the lack of such talents is influenced by the small demand,the seasonal feature,the high complexity,and concentration on certain Non-Universal-Languages.These talents' high cost,scarcity and high mobility are important reasons for the unfavorable equipment of talents.After all,market is the critical factor for the demand of Non-Universal-Language speaking talents in tourism.
