Fe-Cr-B-C系高硬度高抗裂耐磨堆焊焊条的研制 被引量:1

摘要 研制了一种成本较低的Fe-Cr-B-C系高硬度高抗裂耐磨堆焊焊条,使用洛氏硬度计、金相显微镜、扫描电镜及其附带能谱仪、X射线衍射仪分别对堆焊层硬度、化学成分以及显微组织进行了分析。结果表明,堆焊层显微组织主要由马氏体、残余奥氏体、Fe-Cr相、M_(23)(C,B)_6、B_(0.7)Fe_3C_(0.3)、M_7C_3等组成,其中硼化物呈菊花状包裹着Fe-Cr相等析出,堆焊合金的宏观硬度达到了65.5 HRC,具有较高的抗裂性与耐磨性。
