河北省行业收入差距现状及对策分析

Industry Income Gap Situation in Hebei Province and the Responding Strategy

通过选用极值差、极值比和泰尔指数等指标对河北省行业收入差距进行了衡量,并从行业垄断、行业科技投入、行业人均资本水平等方面对河北省行业收入差距的影响因素进行了分析,发现河北省行业收入差距的根源主要来自于行业垄断因素、行业科技投入和行业人均资本水平等方面。河北省应加强对垄断行业的管制,普遍提高劳动力素质水平,提高行业劳动生产率,健全社会保障制度,以此缩小河北省行业收入差距,实现各行业协调性发展。

The study evaluates the industry income gap of enterprises in Hebei province m terms oi extremum omerence, extremum tauu and Theil index and analyzes the influencing factors of the gap from the perspective of industry monopoly, technology input, and per capita capital. It is found that the source of the gap is the industrial monopoly, technology input and per capita capital. Hebei should enhance reg- ulation of monopoly industries, raise the overall quality of the labor force, increase productivity of labor, and improve the social security system in ways that narrow the income gap between industries to achieve a coordinated growth of all industries.
