健康观的再认识

Rethinking of the Health Conception

慢性病及其致病因素对健康危害的日益加重,以及国际社会对健康不公平及其影响的重视日趋增强,引发了对健康内涵及其核心的界定的关注。总结了健康观的形成和发展以及新近国际上对健康的讨论,在此基础上,提出了对健康观的新认识,认为心理和精神健康是新的健康观的首要因素,心理调适能力是心理和精神健康的核心。并分析了不健康心理的致病性,从能量观的视角探讨心理因素对健康的影响;认为人类不仅可以通过心理因素的调整来预防疾病,维护健康;也可因忽视心理和精神健康的调适而处于不健康状态或患病。建议运用新的健康观指导防治疾病和促进健康的医学实践。

It has raised concerns about the definition of health and its core, due to the increasing aggravation of chronic disease and its pathogenic factors to health, and the new agenda of the health inequities and its impacts on international community. Based on reviewing the formation and development of the meaning of health, as well as the newly discussion globally, this paper defined a new cognition of health. The authors claimed that the mental health should be the primary factor of health, and psychological adaptability should be considered as the core of the mental health in this new definition. Also the pathogenic nature of unhealthy psychological factors and the impact of cognitive psychological factors on health were revealed from the perspective of energy. It is showed that human being cannot only prevent disease and health promotion by adjusting of psychological adaptability, but also can be ill or sick due to neglect of the adaptability. Therefore, it suggested that the new conception of health should be applied in order to guide the medical practice of health promotion and disease prevention.
