摘要 流利的英语是国际化人才的通行证。山东旅游职业学院营养与烹饪系西餐工艺专业进行了强化英语听说能力、培养旅游国际化人才的英语教学改革。一年来,该专业采用校本教材,尝试听说为重、任务驱劝、分组互助、自拍背诵等新方法,重视实践教学,积累了一些国际化人才培养经验。还需要继续努力,探索出适合学校实际情况的英语教学模式。 Fluent English is the pass for globalized talents. The Department of Cuisine and Nutrition of Shandong College of Tourism and Hospitality (SCTH) implements an English teaching reform fortifying English listening and speaking competence and fostering globalized talents in tourism. During the one-year experiment, school-based textbooks are adopted and a series of innovative English teaching methods are practiced such as listening-speaking-oriented, task-driven, group cooperative leaming, and shellfire shooting of bilingual recitation. Further efforts are required to pursue the English teaching mode perfectly adapted to the characteristics. of SCTH.
