摘要
国际化是大势所趋,是不可逆转的时代湖流。随着旅游产业国际化进程的深入,旅游人才有更多机会参与跨文化交际,加之旅游本身的跨文化特点,跨文化交际能力变得更加必要和重要。本文以台湾高雄餐旅大学为具体实例,通过分析旅游产业国际化背景,详细剖析高餐大在培养旅游人才跨文化交际能力方面的系统做法,提出跨文化交际能力框架,并对框架中的四个一级指标和九个二级指标进行了详述,最后构建跨文化交际能力培养的模式。
Internationalization is today's general trend and the trend of the times. With the further development of internationalization, tourism talents are getting more chances of intercultural communication. Moreover, tourism itself is intercultural. Therefore, intercultural communication competence becomes more necessary and important. This paper takes National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT) as case study and analyzes how NKUHT cultivates intercultural communication competence of tourism talents. It brings forward a framework for intercultural communication and specifies four first-grade indexes and nine second-grade indexes. Finally a pattern about how to cultivate intercultural communication competence is established.
