素质教育背景下中小学图书馆阅读推广问题与对策研究——以西安市莲湖区为例

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Reading Habit Practice in Primary and Middle Schools with Quality Education Background——Taking Xi'an Lianhu District as Example

从西安市莲湖区中小学图书馆的阅读推广现状出发,分析了其存在的问题和原因,提出了包括推进中小学阅读推广的立法进程及系统评估、壮大各类阅读推广人队伍、建立阅读推广信息化网络平台、开设阅读指导课等一系列建议与对策。

This article analyses the problems of reading habits practice in primary and middle schools li- brary in Lianhu District, Xi＇an City. It also sets up a series of suggestions and countermeasures including the promotion of the legislative process and educational evaluation system, with methods of training all kinds of reading promoters, establishing the information network platform, opening the reading guidance courses and so on.
