印度地缘战略对中国西南边防安全的影响研究

The Impacts ofIndia Geopolitical Strategies on China South-west Border Security

边防安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,由于边防安全在地理位置上属于国家的边缘安全,或曰外围安全,因此边防安全受邻国因素的影响较大。全球化背景下,边防安全的共生性凸显,使得一国在维护本国边防安全的过程中,必须深度研究邻国因素。中印两国彼此相邻,边界线漫长,虽然佛教东传,玄奘西天取经,古代中印两国的交往充满了浪漫的诗意;但印度独立后称霸南亚的地缘战略不仅严重影响了双边关系,也对今天中国的西南边防安全产生了消极影响。本文在简要分析印度地缘战略的基础上,研究了印度地缘战略对中国西南边防安全的影响,以期从中国西南边防安全的视角,重新认识印度的地缘安全战略。

Border security is a very important part ot national security, tsorcler security is affectea oy neighboring countries because the location of border defense is close to the margin of a country, in other word, it is called outer security. The mutuality of border security is more obvious under the globalization. So a country must study neighboring factors when protect her border security. Ancient Buddhism sprea- ding to China, Xuanzang was on a Buddhist pilgrimage for India, therefore the historical contacts between China and India were full of romantic colors. I.ast century, China and India had good rdation in a short time after Indigs independence, the two countries advocated the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence at that time. But India＇s Dominate Asia strategy not only made China and India fight on battelfied, but also left dispute barriers problems. This paper tries to analyze India geopolitical strategies, and then study the impacts of India geopolitical strategies on China south-west border security in order to help understanding India geopolitical strategy under China＇s southwest border security prospect.
