Application of Network Integration Control System in Sealant Internal Mixer Production Line

介绍工控计算机、人机界面和PLC等功能模块在密炼机生产线控制系统中的应用,以实现密炼机生产线分布式网络集成控制的要求,提出密炼机生产线分布式网络集成控制系统的设计原理和软件设计方案。实践使用证明,该密炼机控制系统改善了系统的功能控制,提高了混炼胶质量和效率,实现了密炼机混炼过程的智能化控制和信息共享功能。

The application of industrial control computer, man-machine interface （ MMI ）, PLC and other functional modules in the control system of sealant internal mixer production line was introduced.In order to achieve the requirements for integration of distributed network control of sealant mixer production line, the design scheme of software and design principle of mixer production of integrated control system of distributed network system were put forward. The practical application proves that the control system of sealant internal mixer improves the functional control, the product quality and producing efficiency of the mixer, and implements intelligent control and information sharing function of the process of internal mixer.
