摘要
减振器橡胶衬套因具有显著的隔振降噪、抗冲击等优点而广泛应用于汽车减振器中。由于车轴相对于车身的运动,实车减振器橡胶衬套要承受交变载荷作用,因此很容易出现疲劳破坏。根据某车用减振器橡胶衬套的实际使用工况,确定了橡胶衬套疲劳试验条件,采用曲柄连杆双弹簧橡胶衬套疲劳试验系统对橡胶衬套试件进行疲劳试验,依据橡胶衬套疲劳失效的判断准则,分析判断该试件是否发生疲劳失效,从而为橡胶衬套的结构优化和橡胶配方改进提供试验依据。
On account of significant vibration isolation, noise reduction and shock resistance, shock absorber rubber bushing is widely used in automobile shock absorber. Due to the relative movement of axle and car body, real vehicle shock absorber rubber bushing is always under cyclic load. Thus it is prone to fatigue damage. According to the actual use condition of shock absorber rubber bushing, the rubber bushing fatigue test conditions are determined. Rubber bushing fatigue test is conducted by using crank connecting-rod dual spring rubber bushing fatigue test system. According to the judging criteria of rubber bushing fatigue failure, it is analyzed and determined whether rubber bushing fatigue failure occurred or not. The fatigue test provides test basis for the structural optimization of rubber bushing and improvement of rubber compound.
