轴类零件加工相似性的可拓基元网络推理方法

摘要 工艺规划的实例推理方法,具有实例获取简单、工艺规划策略效率高的特点。提出利用实例推理的方法对轴类零件的相似性检索进行研究,利用可拓基元描述网络表述工艺相关的特征知识,并用可拓基元来描述与工艺的知识项,再对结构特征与精度特征量值的取值进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了基于激活量的可拓基元描述网络推理算法。最后,结合实例应用验证了提出的可拓基元描述网络实例推理算法的有效性。 Case-based reasoning method in the process planning has many characteristics such as it is easy to get cases, and it is efficient for process planning strategy and so on. The method of similarity retrieval for shaft parts is studied by case-based reasoning, and the feature knowledge related to the process is described by the extension element descriptive network, the process knowledge is described based on extension element, and the measurement value of the structure feature and precision feature are analyzed. And on this basis, reasoning algorithm of extension element descriptive network based on the activation volume is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the extension element descriptive network is validated by the cases application.
