摘要 修井机作为油田机械中的重要设备,人们在享受其带来方便的同时,也要重视作业平台的疲劳寿命。在了解了作业平台工作的原理与流程后,用soildworks对作业平台进行建模,使用workbench软件对作业平台进行静力分析,并借助分析云图找出应力薄弱环节与易疲劳位置,再利用ncode推测材料的S-N曲线,最后根据分析特点给出应力疲劳计算中的损伤计算、应力组合、平均应力修正、存活率的概念及计算方法。在理论分析的基础上,利用ncode对作业平台在正弦载荷谱和白噪声载荷谱下进行应力疲劳分析,得出了损伤云图和寿命云图,发现其损伤及寿命满足设计要求,可以安全使用,并为平台优化提供了有效支持。 Workover rig is important equipment in oil field machinery, so people should attach great importance to the fatigue life of the operation platform while enjoying the convenience it brings. After knowing of the working principle and process of operation platform, a model is established for the operation platform with soildworks ; the static analysis of the operation platform is carried out with the workbench software; the S-N curve of the material is speculated with ncode ; according to the analysis characteristics, the concept and calculation method of fatigue damage calculation, stress combination, mean stress correction and survival rate in the calculation of the stress are given On the basis of theoretical analysis, ncode is used to conduct stress fatigue analysis of the operation platform under the sine load spectrum and white noise load spectrum; the damage cloud atlas and life cloud atlas are drawn; it is determined that its damage and life can meet the design requirements and can be safely used; effective support is provided for the platform optimization.
