摘要
设计了一种用于中空吹塑机的型坯壁厚控制器,台达DOP-A57GSTD型号触摸屏作为人机界面,综合使用直线插值法、抛物插值法和三次样条插值法实现壁厚曲线快速生成和修改,西门子S7-200系列CPU224XP型号PLC作为控制器核心,用于接收触摸屏发出的指令信号和模口电子尺的反馈信号,并向伺服放大器传送控制信号,伺服放大器驱动液压阀,控制液压缸的运动。还研究了改善控制效果的方法,通过增加控制点数和引入修正系数提高了系统的稳定性和控制精度。该型坯壁厚控制器已经应用于实际生产,取得了良好的控制效果,满足了预期的设计要求。
Ahstract：A new parison thickness controller of blow molding machine is designed, and DOP-A57GSTD touch screen is used as man-machine interface, linear interpolation, parabola interpolation, cubic spline interpolation are adopted to generate and revise parison thickness curve, and S7-200 CPU224XP/s critical part of controller, receiving instruction of touch screen and feedback signal of displacement pickup, sending control signal to servo amplifier, which drives hydraulic valve to control hydraulic cylinder. Methods for improving control effect are also studied, and system stability and precision are improved by adding control points and introducing correction coefficient. The controller has been applied in production, achieving good performance and satisfying design requirement.
