冷连轧过程控制系统轧辊高效管理的实现

摘要 轧辊对冷轧产品的质量、成材率及轧制成本的高低起着至关重要的作用。轧辊高效管理功能是冷连轧线高效轧制、稳定运行的基础。针对带钢冷连轧生产线的快节奏特点,利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008进行软件的语言开发,通过Oracle 10g实现数据存储和调用,利用Hum In G.net技术进行软件的界面设计,实现了Microsoft Visual Studio 2008,Oracle10g和Hum In G.net技术的联合应用。进行轧辊管理数据结构和数据库表设计,完成了轧辊管理模块的主要功能设计,进而实现轧辊数据信息的高效处理,最终设计了适合于工业生产实践的轧辊管理功能模块。现场应用表明,该轧辊管理模块设计人性化,执行效率高,在线状态信息反馈更为及时和准确,有效地提高了轧制节奏和生产效率,满足自动化生产的需求,具有良好的实际应用价值。 The roll plays a vital role in the quality and percents of pass for cold rolled products, as well as the cost of production. And high efficient management of roUs is the basis of high efficient rolling and stable operation of the tandem cold rolling line. Aiming at the characteristic of tandem cold rolling line and fast pacing, storing and calling data through Oracle 10g, human machine interface of the software was developed through Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 by HumlnG.net technique, and then a joint application of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, Oracle 10g and HumInG.net was realized. After that, the structure of data and database tables of roll management were designed, and then the functional design for roll management was also done, by means of which, high efficient processing of data information of rolls could be successfully implemented. Ultimately, the functional module for roll management was designed and presented which was suitable for practical production. The application result shows that owing to the functional module with humanized .design, high executing efficiency, and more timely and accurate feedback information on rolls, the rolling pacing was improved and thereby the production efficiency was increased effectively. In addition, the other functions of process control system are also guaranteed, so it has a good practical application value.
