摘要
气阀是往复式压缩机的关键部件之一,气体流经压缩机气阀的能量损失是压缩机中气体动力损失的主要根源。通过数值模拟方法分析压缩机排气阀的设计参数对压力损失的影响。研究表明随着阀座出口处扩散角的增大,漩涡区范围在逐渐增大,即气体的损失逐渐增大,另外阀座出口处通流截面与阀座入口处通流截面的比值越大压损越小。最后通过试验验证了上述结论的正确性。因此在压缩机排气阀设计中扩散角一般为60°,在既定的设计空间里,尽可能增加阀座出口处通流面积,这对于压缩机气阀的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Valve is one of the key components of the reciprocating compressor and the valve loss directly affecting the compressor efficiency. It investigated numerically the effect of design parameters of discharge valve on the pressure loss. The result showed that the valve loss increased with increasing the chamfer of the discharge valve outlet and the higher the ratio of the outlet area to the inlet area, the smaller the valve loss was. Finally, the simulation results have a good agreement with the experiments, which may pravide a guide for the discharge valve design.
