摘要 机械加工工艺方案评价是选择和优化加工工艺的关键措施。针对机械加工工艺方案评价过程中存在的不确定性,提出了一种新的基于区间层次分析法的机械加工工艺方案评价方法。首先建立了多层次的机械加工工艺方案评价指标体系,然后利用区间层次分析法确定了机械加工工艺方案评价指标的区间数权重。在此基础上,结合区间数理论建立了基于区间层次分析法的机械加工工艺方案评价模型。最后对某万向节活动叉的3套工艺方案进行了评价,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。 The evaluation of machining process plan is the key to select and optimize the process. In view of the uncertainty in the process of mechanical machining process , a new method based on interval-based analytic hierarchy process was proposed. Firstly, the evaluation index system of multi level machining process scheme is established, and the interval number weight of the evaluation index of mechanical machining process is determined by the method of interval analytic hierarchy process. On the basis of this, the evaluation model of machining process plan based on interval -based analytic hierarchy process is established. In the end, the 3 sets of process schemes for the movable fork of a universal joint are evaluated, and the rationality and validity of the method is verified.
