摘要
为反映实验室残脂率检测结果的可靠程度,采用直接评定方法对羽绒残脂率的测量结果进行不确定度评定。根据羽绒残脂率测试原理,分析得出其测量结果的不确定度来源主要为测量的重复性、样品质量的称量、残脂的称量;进而对各分量分别进行了评定,计算出了羽绒残脂率的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。分析结果表明:天平的分辨力和测量重复性是影响残脂率总不确定度的主要分量;采用数字分辨力高的天平,并对萃取环节的试验条件和过程严格控制而保持测试一致性,从而保证检测结果的准确度。该结果对实验室检测结果的评估起到借鉴作用。
To affirm the reliability of testing result,the direct evaluation method was used to evaluate the uncertainty of the fat and oil content of down. The repeatability of sample measurement, sample weighing,fat and oil weighing were proved to be the main sources of uncertainty of the fat and oil content by analyzing the principle of measurement of fat and oil content. All components were evaluated respectively. The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were calculated by combining all the components of uncertainty. The analysis result shows that the resolution of balance and repeatability of sample measurement are the main factors influencing the total uncertainty of the fat and oil content. To ensure the accuracy of the results,the balance with high digital resolution should be used,and the experiment conditions and processes should be strictly controlled to maintain consistency of testing.
